Daily maid service, turndown service and the care of 8 dedicated staff, including a 24-hour Majordomo, executive chef, housekeeper, waiter, kids club attendant, groundskeeper, gardener/pool attendant, 24-hour security guards and available masseuse are included. The private Villa is situated on a 54,000 square foot ocean lot, guaranteeing privacy.
THE GOURMET INCLUSIVE® EXPERIENCE
Upon arrival, guests are met by our dedicated staff for Al Fresco check-in with a chilled glass of Champagne and a cold, fragrant towel. The Majordomo will provide an aromatherapy menu and pillow menu to customize each suite. A personal chef will be on hand to prepare gourmet meals using only the freshest ingredients, including some grown in the greenhouse located on the sister property of El Dorado Royale, by Karisma.
The Villa’s modern design and stylish furnishings offer all the comforts and convenience of home, while the incredible view of the Riviera Maya, its turquoise sea and the gentle breeze whisper, “Relax. You’re in paradise!”
For those mixing business with pleasure, the Villa features a state-of-the-art private office with Wi-Fi, video conferencing capability, a large screen monitor, surround sound and more. Enjoy your surroundings even while working, with the large picture window in the office that faces the ocean.
Guests of all ages are provided for at Azul Villa Esmeralda, even the tiniest ones. We offer strollers, cribs, baby bathrobes and bath tubs, beach games, coloring books, and a refrigerator for milk and medicines. There is even an Azulitos Playhouse room for them, stocked with Fisher-Price toys.

THE ARCHITECTURE
Architect Isaac Dabbah Portilla designed Azul Villa Esmeralda with a youthful sophistication within a very natural, fresh context. Local materials were sourced wherever possible, from the stone slabs in black, red and cream to the tropical woods exclusive to the region, like Tzalam. Modern materials were added – sleek porcelain floors, chrome and glass – to add a sleek texture to the Villa. Outside, the natural stone mixed with wood and thatched roof evokes the feeling of an authentic beach house.
